Iām going to be a little vulnerable here for a minuteā¦.
The last year and a half of my career has been one of the most challenging seasons Iāve ever walked through.
About two years ago, I made the decision to bet on myself and rebuild my insurance business independently. That meant starting over in many ways so I could truly serve my clients the way Iāve always believed they deserve.
When you work in a 100% commission industry, thereās no safety net. No guaranteed paycheck. No easy button.
Some months are incredible⦠and some months are incredibly humbling.
But after 17 years in the insurance industry, I knew one thing for sure, I wanted the freedom to help people with everything they need ā not just the limited options one company allows.

And if Iām being honest⦠posting something like this is a little scary šØā¦ Being vulnerable on social media isnāt exactly comfortable for me or probably for most.
But I owe it to my incredible clients who have trusted me over the years with something as important as protecting their families and financial futures.
