It’s Thursday, July 23th.

We sincerely apologize that our phone lines and computers have been down today. Believe us- we are as frustrated as you!! Our service provider stated that an Internet line was cut earlier this morning while a crew was working elsewhere.

It’s a little after 4:00pm. We will close the office for the reminder of the day. The home office is available to take payments and claims. Please reach out to them if you have an emergency or reach your agent via email/text.

4th of July Fun with Tattnall County Farm Bureau!

We’re celebrating Independence Day with something special for our community kiddos! This week, we’ll be dropping off 4th of July Ag Fact Cards paired with a fun, festive patriotic shoe charm at both the Glennville and Reidsville libraries. ❤️🤍💙

But that’s not all! We’re also restocking some favorites and bringing something brand new:

🌱 NEW “Plant Pal” activity

Make plans to stop by your local library this week and grab one while supplies last!

And don’t forget — you can always swing by our local Farm Bureau office with your little one to pick up an Ag Fact Card anytime.

The Reidsville Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Carolyn Culbreth, a 78-year-old woman with dementia last seen at 9:30 a.m. at her residence near Optim Hospital.

Friday, 10/25 from 10:00-2:00 stop by Farm Bureau for MEMBER APPRECIATION DAY!!!!

I just wanted to touch base with you all tonight….

Today, 10/02 at 3:50pm we finally received internet service for the office.
No phone service yet! Praying that comes soon.

I can’t speak for others at the office but I opened my email (most voicemail dictation) to find 300 emails from Friday to today at 3:50. I am sure all of us will have about the same story. We haven’t been ignoring you! We are just now getting the messages.

We thank you all so much for your patience and kindness. We couldn’t survive without YOU!!!

Insureds….

First let me say if you are reading this- I am glad you are safe. Secondly our office, nor our staff & agents, have access to phone lines-internet or power at the office. Our cells only work when out of the vicinity of Reidsville and sometimes not at all.

Some of our staff have WiFi at times and very limited cell service depending where we travel.

We know claims are of most importance to you and to us! We have been told that it could be days maybe weeks before power is restored in Reidsville. But claims can’t wait!

Document the damage and/or repairs.

Take pictures of all damages. Including spoiled items.

Keep broken parts or damaged items if it’s something the adjuster will need to see. Such as a pump that was struck my lighting.

You can tarp holes in your roof or remove trees to keep from causing more damage. Just be mindful to take pics. You can never have too many.

I can’t reach any of our staff/agents due my my personal service. (I have come to an area that I could use WiFi) With or without power- we will be at the office Monday to take down your information for claims. Even if the old fashion way- pen to paper!

If you do have phone service you can call our home office if you choose to file a claim without our assistance.

I speak on the behalf of the four of us at Tattnall Farm Bureau we will do whatever we can to help!
