Guy-Robert Desir Licensed Agent with New York Life Insurance Company Agent licensed to sell insurance through New York Life Insurance Company After having confirmed the details, he told me that his case was severe.

In March 2018, I got a call from a friend at midnight telling me that my brother had had a stroke. He was being transferred to another hospital. I drove to that hospital at 1:00 a.m. and spent the next four months at his bedside. My brother’s left side was paralyzed. It was devastating for us, his wife and three daughters. And the worst part is, he was still in his thirties. After that event, I sa

t down in the hospital and filled out twenty applications in one month. It was only then did I realize how important my work was. I’m Guy-Robert Desir and I help my clients plan for long-term care and finances. A lot of my clients are pre-retirees and business owners who want to protect their income. Working with New York Life, my team provides ultimate care with comprehensive financial advice. For me, it’s about getting to know people and helping them get to where they want to be. I collaborate with my clients to plan for retirement, disability and long-term care, business continuation and employee benefits and draft tax reduction tactics to help them make the most of their post-retirement years. I find out how much of their income goes to family and help them take it above and beyond. In short, I mentor for
● tax reduction on retirement income
● saving plans and financial solutions
● business benefits planning
● disability & life insurance options
