Growth Happens at the Intersection
Where Strategy, Systems, and Ex*****on Align

Growth doesn’t break down inside departments.
It breaks down between them.

Most organizations have capable leadership.
Clear strategic plans.
Significant investment in systems.

But scale becomes difficult when those three don’t fully intersect.

In many organizations, it often looks like this:
• Strategies are clear, but the day-to-day operations don’t reflect it
• Systems capture data, but leadership lacks timely visibility
• Ex*****on happens daily, but performance isn’t tied clearly back to strategic objectives

The issue isn’t effort.
It is alignment.

If you want a quick diagnostic, ask:
1️⃣ Can you see production, sales, and financial performance in a timely fashion?
2️⃣ When demand shifts, do your systems adapt smoothly or require manual workarounds?
3️⃣ Do department leaders make decisions from shared data or separate reports?

If those answers aren’t immediate and confident, friction is already forming.

Sustainable growth happens at the intersection, where strategy informs systems, systems enable ex*****on, and ex*****on feeds back into strategy.

That overlap is where momentum becomes scalable.

Growth doesn’t stall because of ambition.
It stalls because of misalignment.

Leadership teams set bold targets.
The vision is clear.
The goals are ambitious.

But growth breaks down in the connection points — between strategy, operations, and ex*****on.

It’s like building a business without a blueprint. You may see progress at first. But over time, inefficiencies surface. Silos form. Rework increases. Complexity compounds.

Here’s what misalignment looks like inside an organization:

When strategy isn’t supported by operations…
When systems can’t scale with demand…
When ex*****on becomes reactive instead of disciplined…
Momentum slows.

Sustainable growth isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about building a foundation strong enough to scale.

💡 If growth feels harder than it should, revisit the fundamentals:
• Align strategy with ex*****on
• Break down silos across teams and systems
• Build infrastructure with the future in mind

Where do you see growth breaking down most often: strategy, systems, or ex*****on?

💔 Is it time to break up with QuickBooks? 💔

This National Break Up Day (Feb 21), we’re asking the hard question: has your business outgrown its accounting software?

Here are 5 signs it might be time to move on:
1️⃣ Disconnected systems and data
2️⃣ Too many manual processes and spreadsheets
3️⃣ Growing security and access concerns
4️⃣ Multiple entities or business units
5️⃣ Limited real-time financial visibility

QuickBooks works well, until it doesn’t. When these signs start showing up, they often point to a system that can’t keep up with the way your business has grown.

It’s Super Bowl 2026 and This One Feels Personal

When your CEO, Rich Berry, is an avid Seattle Seahawks fan, the matchup hits a little closer to home.

Our roots are firmly planted in the Pacific Northwest. We were founded near Seattle, in Redmond, Washington and here’s a fun fact many people don’t know: our name comes from the 425 area code. It’s a tribute to where we started and the community that shaped us.

So, when the Seahawks take on the Patriots in the Super Bowl this Sunday, there’s no mystery who Rich is rooting for. 😉

Now we want to hear from you 👇
Who do you want to win the Super Bowl — Seahawks or Patriots?

Is Your Business Stuck in Groundhog Day?

Every February 2, the groundhog tells us what to expect.

If it sees its shadow? Six more weeks of the same weather.

But if it doesn’t? It’s a signal that sunnier days are ahead and real change is possible.

Sound familiar?

Many growing businesses find themselves repeating the same processes, fixing the same issues, and wondering why the results never seem to change.

👉 Manual workflows
👉 Disconnected systems
👉 Spreadsheets everywhere
👉 Rework that drains time and margins

That’s exactly where Renewal by Andersen (RbA) found itself.
As they grew, their back-office operations couldn’t keep up. Teams spent countless hours on manual data entry, reconciling spreadsheets, and pulling reports. They were reliving the same inefficient day over and over.

So, they stepped back and changed their approach.

By focusing on process standardization, system alignment, and automation, RbA was able to:
✔️ Eliminate duplicate data entry
✔️ Replace spreadsheets with integrated systems
✔️ Automate complex commission tracking
✔️ Give leadership real-time visibility into performance

The result?
Less rework.
Better decisions.
A business built to scale.

Groundhog Day doesn’t have to repeat forever, in weather or in business.

If your organization feels stuck in the same cycle, maybe this is the year to step out of the shadow and move toward sunnier days.
