Freddie Mac has announced they will now allow Manufactured Homes that have been moved from another site. Or in laymen terms "Twice Moved Manufactuted Homes".

Realtors - will this help your sellers list at a higher price point? Will it help your non-VA buyers have more options?

Some reports like an Engineer Certs, HUD Tags and a Wind/Roof/Thermal Zone confirmation will still be required. The loan also cannot be used for moving or installing the new home.
