We have seen a lot of growth in the area in recent years. One of the other big booms we had in western Washington was in the late 70s. Many buildings and homes were constructed at that time. That means many homes are getting close to 50 years old. Plumbing systems are designed to last about 50 years.
Don't wait until you're up to your knees in water. Have someone inspect your plumbing before you have a big problem.
