We finally did it! After 13 years at Arrowhead Capital, we made the tough decision to leave a great company to start our own great company! While many things will be pretty much the same, there will be changes that will be awesome and will evolve every day.

I want to thank Arrowhead Capital for a great place to work. Pat Pavlian, founder and former owner of Arrowhead Capital, I want to thank you for everything you did for me and my family. You are truly a great friend. Dustin Bingaman, thank you for the friendship over the years, and as the now owner of ACC, thanks for all of the support and great company to work at. And to the staff of ACC, you will all be greatly missed! I am sure we will see each other from time to time, but I wish you all the best!
