You may have seen recent news regarding a cybersecurity incident affecting TruStage, a provider of insurance products offered through many credit unions.

Alta Vista Credit Union's systems have NOT been impacted. This incident is limited to TruStage's systems, and TruStage is actively investigating the matter while working to safely restore its services.

If you have a TruStage insurance policy, you may experience temporary delays accessing your online account or certain services. TruStage has also launched a dedicated resource hub with FAQs, claim information, and ongoing updates.

As always, be cautious of unexpected emails, text messages, or phone calls asking for personal or financial information. Cybercriminals often take advantage of situations like these by impersonating trusted organizations.
