Contract received 6/22, lender issued an appraisal waiver, loan application submitted to underwriting and approved same-day on 6/23, clear to close on 6/28 (actually closing on 6/30, because you cant sign closing docs until 7 days have passed from the signing of the original loan application).

Client gets their keys to their new home before the holiday. It's that easy!
