To maintain a focused and friendly social media environment please keep the following guidelines in mind when participating in any conversation:
• This site is monitored by Heartland State Bank Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM and all comments are reviewed.
• Heartland State Bank reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time.
• Heartland State Bank will delete comments
not related to the subject of the conversation.
• Comments focused on selling a product or service, or comments posted for a purpose of driving traffic to a particular website for personal, political or monetary gain, will be deleted.
• If you disagree with the content, we would like to hear from you, but ask that you refrain from personal attacks or being disrespectful of others. Malicious intent and or participation not in the spirit of civil conversation will be deleted.
• Laws that govern use of copyrights, trade secrets, etc., will be followed.
• Any comments with inappropriate content will be deleted.
• Comments containing personal information, such as an account number, social security number, address, etc. will be removed. If you have immediate service needs, please contact your bank representative or Customer Service.
• Heartland State Bank will delete comments concerning threatened or actual litigation, or disputes, between you and any other person or entity. If you have concerns about an issue and would like to provide feedback please call your local branch.
• Heartland State Bank does not endorse any comments made by its employees, unless they are an authorized representative of the organization.
• If you believe that materials on any Heartland State Bank site infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send Heartland State Bank a notice requesting us to remove the material or block access to it. If you believe that someone has wrongly filed a notice of copyright infringement against you, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act permits you to send Heartland State Bank a counter-notice.
