Our systems are still down as of this morning. 10/25. We are still here at the office, and have a list of any changes that need to be made, or payments needing to be run. At the end of last week, our technology team detected unusual activity in a portion of our network, and as a precautionary measure to protect data and resources, American Family shut down several business systems. This outage is still ongoing as of today 10/23. If you need to file a claim, please call 1-800-692-6326. If you are unable to make a payment, you can do so when the system is back up and you will not be penalized. Any changes you need done to your policies please call us at the office 605-472-2800 and Andria and myself will make sure they get done as soon as we are able. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to investigate the activity and begin to bring systems safely back online. Thank you.

Congratulations to Lexi and Oliver on the arrival of their first child Hal Aesoph!

While Lexi is out of the office for maternity leave the Faulkton office will be open on Tuesday and Thursday starting May 25th. We will be installing a drop box for payment’s outside of the office. The last few months have been harsh on everyone. Our farmers and ranchers have had to be persistent in showing their dedication to their livestock. We appreciate their hard work and most certainly enjoy a good steak! Happy National Beef Month!
