Okay… this one hurt 😬💔

I recently had a client whose credit score dropped over 100 POINTS because of one tiny mistake most people would never think about…

She had a bill on autopay tied to a credit card.
Got issued a new card.
Forgot to update the payment info.

The payment bounced… and suddenly there was a 30-day late payment reported during escrow 😵‍💫🏡

Thankfully, we were able to save the deal 🙌 But this situation could have easily delayed — or even jeopardized — the home purchase entirely.

This is your reminder to ALWAYS double check your autopay accounts anytime you get a new debit or credit card 💳✨ One missed payment can impact your credit much more than people realize, especially while buying a home.

Future you will seriously thank you for this one 🤍
