IBuyRedding.com is a private real estate investment company based in Shasta County actively acquiring residential properties throughout the Redding area — and we are building our acquisition team.
We are looking for a hungry, coachable, and motivated Property Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing operation. You will be the first point of contact with motivated property owners — having real conversations, qualifying sellers, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. No real estate license required. No prior experience required. What is required is that you are not afraid of the phone, you can handle rejection without flinching, and you want to earn based on what you produce — not what someone decides to pay you hourly.
This is a 1099 commission-only independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Top performers on our team earn $6,000–$10,000 per month. If uncapped commission excites you rather than scares you — this role was built for you.
What You Will Earn
• Investment deal closes from your lead → 10% of the gross fee → Average check: $2,500–$3,000 per deal
• Listing referral closes from your lead → 10% of the agent’s commission → Average check: $800–$1,000
• Strong month: 2 Investment deals + 3 listing referrals = $8,000–$10,000+
• Zero cap. Your income is entirely in your hands.
What We Provide

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to motivated property owners across Shasta County using our data and dialer
• Qualify sellers using our proven script — uncovering motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectation
• Determine whether each lead is a wholesale opportunity or a listing referral and route it correctly
• Set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team — confirmed, documented, and fully prepared
• Follow up consistently with sellers in your pipeline — most deals come from follow-up, not the first call
• Log all lead information and notes in the CRM accurately after every call
Who We Are Looking For
• 18–30 years old, hungry, and ready to build real income
• Comfortable on the phone — you can hold a confident conversation with a stranger in under 30 seconds
• Competitive and self-motivated — you want to earn more by doing more
• Coachable — you follow the script, take feedback, and implement it immediately
• Resilient — rejection does not derail you, it drives you
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, door-to-door, or any phone-based role is a strong plus
