Jacob went to work for us every step of the way; we never felt like a bother. We put in 4 offers on a house before we had one that closed. We kept throwing scenarios his way, and he always treated us like our outcome was way more important that his commission. You can tell that Jacob loves what he does and is there to serve his clients well.

You would encourage us. You told us the truth. You managed our expectations. You were always there when we needed questions answered or a little push in the right direction and you never steered us wrong. So overall I would say what made it great is you made it easy and distressed less as possible while keeping us in the right frame of mind and perspective of what was going on and what to expect and how to navigate through those things.
