📣 Medicare Open Enrollment starts TODAY!

From October 15 through December 7, you have the opportunity to review your Medicare coverage and make changes for 2027.

Medicare plans, prescription coverage, and costs can change from year to year, so it’s important to understand how those changes may affect you and your coverage.

As we get closer to Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period, things around our office are about to get BUSY! 📞📅

Dee and Brittney will be working hard to help all of our Medicare clients, while Chris at the front desk helps keep things moving by answering phones, assisting customers in the lobby, and supporting the team wherever she can.

Some of you may have already met GAIL, our AI receptionist! 🤖📞 We’ve had GAIL helping with our overflow calls and answering the phones after hours for over a year now. During AEP, you may hear from her a little more as we work to keep up with the extra calls and appointments coming into the office.

We know this has been a change, and we truly appreciate your patience as we find ways to help our clients as efficiently as possible during this busy season.

The most important thing to know: If you know the agent you’re trying to reach, you can simply say their name at any time, and GAIL can transfer you directly to their phone.

GAIL may ask a few questions to help get you pointed in the right direction, but our goal is always to get you connected with the right person as quickly as possible.

The temperatures are dropping and summer toys are getting ready for their winter hibernation. ❄️

Before you store your boat, ATV, camper or other summer toys for the season, take a quick look at your insurance coverage.

After having to postpone our Lutsen Block Party in July due to the smoke in the air, we were so excited to finally gather with our Lutsen community!

Even though we couldn’t hold the block party on the original date, a few of our MBA team members and their families still made a trip to the Gunflint Trail Volunteer Fire Department that day to drop off food and beverages for the volunteer firefighters. We were grateful for the opportunity to show our appreciation for the people who give so much to our community!

And when we finally got our chance to celebrate, what a turnout it was! We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out, braved the rain, and helped make this year’s event such a fun one.

Getting to connect with our Lutsen community each year is something we truly look forward to, and we’re so grateful to be a part of this community. 💙

A little late sharing this one, but it’s a tradition at MBA that we look forward to every year! 💙

MBA was proud to once again support local 4-H youth at the Pierce County Fair 4-H Auction. Supporting these young people, their hard work, and the dedication they put into their projects is something that has been important to our team for many years.

This year, MBA purchased a cow and a pig at the auction. After processing, the meat was shared among our employees to take home and enjoy with their families.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue this tradition year after year. It’s one of our favorite ways to support 4-H, give back to our community, and share that support with our MBA family, too. 💙

Thank you to all of the 4-H members, families, volunteers, and organizers who make the Pierce County Fair and 4-H Auction such a special part of our community!
