🚨 Medicare Fraud Alert 🚨
Have you received a phone call, text, or email offering free medical equipment or services? Be cautious.
Scammers often try to obtain your Medicare information so they can bill Medicare for services you don't need, such as:
• Hospice care
• Home health care
• Durable medical equipment (braces, canes, and more)
One of the most serious scams involves fraudulent hospice enrollment. If someone signs you up for hospice without your knowledge, you could lose access to your regular Medicare benefits.
✅ Hang up suspicious calls.
✅ Delete suspicious texts and emails.
✅ Never give out your Medicare Number.
✅ Never sign paperwork for "free" services.
