The Montana Dept. Of Insurance released the 2018 rate filings for our health insurance plans. The rate increases are less than I expected, but will still be very difficult for many individuals and small businesses.

If you received a letter from Montana Health CoOp stating they will not offer plans in Montana for 2017, it is a mistake. Please call the CoOp for confirmation. 1-855-447-2900.

Healthcare.gov website seems to be down at the moment. Typically, they extend the deadline when this happens, so you can make an appointment with me later this week to get enrolled. Also, if you've already enrolled through the Healthcare Marketplace, and simply need a renewal, that will happen automatically, and we can still make changes throughout the year.

But if you're not going through the marketplace for your insurance, come visit me after 1pm today! :D
