Big news from Lucern Capital Partners. We officially closed on Edmonston Rd Business Center, a 38,561 SF industrial property in Beltsville, MD.

The acquisition was completed as a 1031 exchange for a longtime Lucern investor, providing opportunity to redeploy capital into a well-located industrial asset with significant upside potential. The 38,561-square-foot property is strategically positioned between Baltimore and Washington, DC, in one of Prince George’s County’s strongest industrial submarkets.

Our strategy is to consolidate the property’s 28 condominium units into a single institutional-quality asset, creating value in a supply-constrained market where opportunities of this scale are increasingly difficult to find.
