In honor and observance of Juneteenth, Raytown-Lee's Summit Community Credit Union will be closed today, June 19th.
Juneteenth (short for June 19th) marks the day in 1865 when the final enforcement of the Emancipation Proclamation reached enslaved people in Galveston, Texas—more than two years after the original proclamation.
As we celebrate this pivotal moment in American history, we encourage everyone to reflect on our shared history, honor the journey toward freedom, and celebrate the culture and achievements of the Black community.
Our online banking services, mobile app, and ATMs remain available for your convenience. We will reopen with regular hours tomorrow, [Insert Reopening Date, e.g., June 20th].
