This sales function will operate under the name of Melo Properties Team. Melo Properties, LLC will continue to, as it has in years past to buy, sell and rent it's own properties. Any and all properties owned by Melo Properties, LLC will be clearly labeled as company owned properties. This will effectively covey our personal interest in those properties alone as Realtors/salesperson. We are now a fully functional team offering a broad range of services. Our goal is always customer satisfaction in anything and everything we do. As investors with years of local industry experience we are uniquely suited to service all your needs from rental to sales, from listing to closing, from lease agreement to move-in. Prepare for hidden costs: Closing costs (typically 2-5% of the loan amount), moving expenses, and immediate repairs can quickly drain your savings. Some banks require a reserve account, some don’t but either way it’s a good idea if you can stash away extra money in a “rainy day” account for when things go sideways, that will make a tense situation into a more manageable one.
