‼️Important Update for State Farm Policyholders‼️

If someone regularly drives your vehicles, they must be listed on your policy- even if they're not the primary driver.

✅This includes:
* Anyone driving your car once or more a month
* Anyone using your car for at least 3 months out of the year
* All business owners/employees who drive the vehicle
* All children who drive

⚠️Don't risk having a claim rejected because of an unlisted (or hidden) driver.

This marks a major change to the old "permissive use" rule- double-check your listed drivers today in the State Farm App. Or give us a call at 337-393-6113

If you are purchasing a vehicle, especially after office hours, you MUST email our office the SAME DAY with the required information listed below.

To complete a vehicle swap or add a new vehicle, your email MUST include:
✔️ Customer’s full name
✔️ Year, Make & Model of the vehicle
✔️ Full VIN number
✔️ Lienholder name AND mailing address (if financed)
✔️ Purchase date of the vehicle
✔️ Any and ALL drivers of the vehicle

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT ⚠️
The ONLY way we can backdate coverage for a vehicle swap or newly added vehicle is if we have written proof that you contacted our office on the exact date you needed coverage to begin.
That proof = your email timestamp.
No email on that date = No backdating.
We cannot make exceptions without documentation.

🚨 DRIVER REMINDER 🚨
If you have any undisclosed drivers of the vehicle (including newly licensed drivers), you need to contact our office ASAP to ensure they are properly listed and covered to drive your vehicle.
