📣 IBA IS LOOKING FOR LIKE-MINDED INSURANCE AGENTS!
Insurance Benefits Advisors, LLC (IBA) is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, community-minded agents who want to establish their footprint throughout the Kansas City area.
IBA is a locally rooted insurance agency built on more than 10 years of experience helping individuals and families understand their insurance options. Through IBA’s partnership with KCMO libraries and other partnerships and organizations, we have opportunities to connect with and educate people directly within the communities we serve.
We’re looking for agents who believe insurance is about more than making a sale—it’s about educating people, building trust, and helping clients find coverage that truly fits their needs.
The right person will be willing to:
• Get involved in the local community
• Attend and work community and library events
• Meet and educate clients face-to-face
• Build genuine, long-term relationships
• Follow up and provide dependable service
• Grow their own presence and referral network
• Represent IBA with honesty, compassion, and professionalism
Licensed insurance agents are preferred. However, if you aren’t licensed yet but are motivated to begin a career in insurance, we can provide you with the information and guidance needed to get started on the right path.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, personable, and ready to get out into the community and make meaningful connections. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from an experienced agent, build your own name in the Kansas City market, and grow alongside a supportive, locally focused agency.
Experience is valuable, but integrity, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people are just as important.
