Congratulations to my borrowers, the Garcia Family, on closing on their first home today! It was a pleasure working with Mr. Garcia who ended up working out of town today but stayed patient and trusted myself and his realtor. A great thanks to Angela Ramirez, Realtor for taking care of them and working endlessly throughout the process to help see Mr. Garcia provide a home for his family!
