New England is in that phase where winter is technically leaving… but also refusing to pack its bags. So while we’re all out here playing “is this a puddle or a problem?” 👀

Here’s your quick spring prep checklist:

✔️ Check your sump pump (before your basement becomes a pool)
✔️ Clear out gutters and drains
✔️ Look for any surprise leaks from snow melt
✔️ Make sure water is moving away from your house
✔️ Fix that fall project you ignored… and successfully turned into a spring problem

And if you’re not totally sure what your policy would cover in any of these situations…
we should probably take a look at that too!

With all the rain and melting snow lately, potholes are starting to show up everywhere.
It only takes a few cars driving over the same spot where water has gotten under the pavement for it to give up... like a Monday before the second cup of coffee.
If you hit one and immediately turn the radio down so you can see the road better... you're not alone.

Drive safe out there and give us a call if one of those potholes unlocks the "what was that?" feature your car definitely didn't come with.

"A month after our wedding, my husband was installing new flooring in the nursery. Measuring. Cutting. Crawling around making it perfect for the baby we just found out we were expecting.
Somewhere in the middle of it, his wedding ring... disappeared.
