Friends and clients, I wanted to take a moment to share an update. This page will be going away Jan 2026. I have not been active here for some time, particularly since joining the SoDak Title team.

We are fortunate to have a strong real estate community locally, with many knowledgeable professionals across all roles. As always, consumers should feel empowered to choose the lender, real estate agent, and service providers that best align with their goals and preferences.
