Our office has supported summer nights for years. We are excited to have it back

We were waiting to make an announcement when we had all our ducks in a row, but we lost control of the ducks and now the cat's out of the bag. We are very close to a come back and we will keep you posted.

There are a lot of milestones in life. In the life of our office we are celebrating a couple milestones this week. Angie Tonderum and Juli Bestgen have been with us for two years. Angie on the 4th and Juli on the 6th of March.

We are blessed to have both of them helping out customers day in and day out. Give a shout out to both of them.

Thanks for two great years and hopefully many more.

It is a special day here at Scott Carlson State Farm! Today is all about our fantastic team member Nikki Hesse. Today she celebrates 10 years with our office. She contends that today is the day and I say that it was yesterday but either way Mid February 2016 Nikki came to our office. We had to "retrain" a couple of years from another State Farm office. It has been smooth sailing since.

She provides wonderful customer service and keeps the office moving forward. Today we honor her hard work and long term dedication to our customers.

If you talk to her this week please give her a shout out.

We here at Scott Carlson State Farm Agency want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. Take a moment to slow down, reflect, and enjoy the holiday. Our office hours will be more limited this week so our team can take that time and be with our families and enjoy the season.

We will be closing early today 12/24/2025 at 1:00 PM
Closed on 12/25/2025 and 12/26/2025 for Christmas.

We will be back in the office on 12/29/2025 at 8:30 AM. If you have a claims emergency when our office is closed you can turn a claim in over the State Farm Mobile app or by calling our office phone # and you will be connected with our emergency service.
