After losing her childhood home, Alice made a promise to her grandparents that one day she would buy a home where they could live together again.

We were honored to celebrate the opening of our Center for Community Enterprises in Riverside last week alongside our partners, supporters, and friends.

The Center for Community Enterprises is nphs’ official Riverside headquarters, serving as a hub for resident-led solutions. The Center will leverage nphs affordable housing development platform, CDFI capabilities, and policy and research ecosystem to help advance innovative, community-driven solutions that create long-term impact.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to celebrate and connect with us. We extend a special thanks to the City of Riverside, CA - City Government, County of Riverside - Government partners, community leaders, and all who gave us such a warm welcome. We also thank the offices of Assemblywoman Leticia Castillo and Assemblymember Corey Jackson for their recognition.
