🏠 Real Estate Tip Tuesday

Your first investment deal doesn’t start with getting approved for hard money. It starts with knowing your numbers.

Before you buy, look at the purchase price, renovation budget, after-repair value, financing and holding costs, and how you plan to exit the deal. Then ask: Is there enough room for this to be profitable?

Hard money can help you move quickly, but it won’t make a bad deal work.
