“Growth and comfort do not coexist.” – Ginni Rometty

This quote hit me today because it perfectly describes my path as a broker.

When I stepped into this industry, nothing about it was comfortable. Learning how to help families protect their income and build a legacy that outlives them… not comfortable.

Walking into businesses and talking to owners about strategies they’ve never heard of… not comfortable.

Educating employers on how to reduce tax liability and save up to hundreds per employee per year… definitely not comfortable at first.

But those uncomfortable steps changed everything.

They pushed me to grow into the advisor I am today someone who can sit across from a business owner and confidently show them where money is being left on the table, how to reduce their tax burden, and how to add value for their employees without increasing costs.

Growth comes from taking risks, investing in myself, and being willing to learn the strategies most people overlook.

Comfort doesn’t create impact. Growth does.

Growth is what allows me to help businesses save money while protecting their teams.

Growth is what allows me to provide solutions that many CPAs never bring up.

Growth is what allows me to build something meaningful for my son and my community.

So if your business journey feels uncomfortable… good.

It means you’re growing.

As a self-employed businesswoman, every Monday feels like a reset button a fresh start, a new opportunity, and a reminder that I get to do what I love all over again.

I’m truly grateful for the chance to bring value to my business owner clients both new and existing by helping them protect their income, grow their wealth, and plan with purpose.
