As your local, friendly, Ramona Escrow Officer, you should open escrow with me because I'm not only qualified for this position due to my experiences but also because of the positive attitudes that I have towards the people and tasks given to me. I always take good care of my responsibilities. I tend to excel in every job given to me using my skills to serve the public of any age in a polite, gracious manner. I am highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the escrow process. I love to make my clients feel at ease during the escrow process and walking them through every step. I love the daily challenge of each escrow and I am looking forward to my long career ahead!
When I’m not working you will find me spending time with my family, walking my dog, hiking, cooking with my husband! My favorite part of escrow is working with the clients and building long term relationships with them.
What is Escrow? Eagle Peak Escrow is a contract service company whose principal role is to act as a third party between a buyer and a seller. Escrow acts as an impartial party in collecting payments, amortizing, making disbursements, holding original documents and following the exact terms of the contract between the two parties. We draw up escrow Instructions based off a contract that have been agreed to by all parties. Once all terms and conditions of the written instructions have been met, and all terms and conditions are satisfied, the escrow is closed, and the transfer of property and/or money is fulfilled.
