Just collected a security deposit for new tenants moving into our 61st Ave property in Omaha. In 24 hours we had 2 open houses, over 50 inquiries from interested parties, approximately 12 showings, 6 formal applications, and 1 approved tenant signing a new 12 month lease starting May 1st with rent over $1 per foot in rentable living space.
