Hi, I’m Ashley

I’m the founder of Golden Bee Billing Services and the creator of Ask A Biller™.

I’ve been in healthcare admin and billing for over 20 years, working primarily with mental health providers and group practices across the U.S.

I created the Ask A Biller ​™ group to be a space where providers at any stage can come to learn, ask questions, and connect. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been in practice for years, there should be a place where you can get clear, accurate information without feeling overwhelmed or getting conflicting answers.

This is also a space for real connection. You’re building a business, not just providing care, and that can feel isolating. My goal is for this group to support not just billing conversations, but growth, collaboration, and networking within the mental health community.

Billing is a big part of what I do, so you’ll see a strong focus on accuracy, structure, and clarity here.

But this group isn’t just about billing, it’s about helping providers better understand and run their practices with confidence, while also connecting and networking with others who are building and growing in this space.

You don’t have to know everything to be here. You just have to be open to learning, contributing and giving as much as you get from this space.
