Notice: CONSTRUCTION FRAUD ALERT
Billy Neal has been scamming as "Mr. Popcorn", with an ad in "Services" on Craig's LIst, scamming people as a "contractor" to remove and replace sprayed on textured, ie-popcorn, ceilings, taking people's money and not paying the actual subcontractors he gets to do the work.

I'll bet the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce will not be pleased with Erin fraudulently using them as a cover for her scamming criminal activities. For a scammer, that is not very smart, but then, most criminals are not very bright.
