He was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions and took the time to walk me through the details so I could truly understand what we were doing and why. I never felt rushed or like my questions were a burden, which I really appreciated.
Steve was also very responsive and went above and beyond to support us throughout the home-buying process. He took the time to put together several options for us, which helped us to make a well-informed decision about what made the most sense for our situation.
One particular experience really stands out. We found a house that had only been put on the market for the weekend, and we needed to move quickly if we wanted to submit an offer but we had not gotten our financial stuff started yet. Steve quickly stepped in to help and even worked late on a Saturday night to get the documents we needed so we could submit our offer on time. That level of responsiveness and commitment meant so much to us, especially during a stressful and time-sensitive situation.
Throughout the entire process, Steve made us feel supported, informed, and confident. Every homeowner knows that buying a home is one of the biggest financial transactions anyone will ever make, and we are so grateful to have had someone as patient, knowledgeable, and dependable as Steve in our corner.
