The leadership team focuses on empowering employees to take initiative when working with customers - knowing that employees are making decisions with the company’s six core values in mind - family, honesty, integrity, professionalism, communication, and accountability. This company has a 60 step job process that starts with the very first phone call from a customer, and continues even after work is complete. Finally, their dedication to the community is evident through their continued support of the Children's Recovery Centers in Horry and Georgetown counties. This year, the company partnered with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans baseball team for a program called R-B-I’s for Recovery.
