A pre-approval should actually mean something.

Realtors know exactly what I mean.

There’s a big difference between a quick letter and a buyer who has really been looked at from the front end.

That difference can affect the whole deal.

We’re not trying to be flashy. We just believe in doing the basics well:
✅ asking the right questions
✅ reviewing things carefully
✅ catching issues early
✅ keeping everybody informed

That kind of approach still matters.
