As a first-time female homebuyer, I felt like Gretchen understood me and looked out for me in a way that I didn’t get from the other lender options. While some other lender options were very car salesmany and trying to fool me more attractive options with underlying empty promises, hidden fees and sneaky wording, Gretchen was truthful from the start and helped me see the light to the best option. Why Aren't Bonds Happier About CPI?. Today's CPI came in lower than expected. That would normally help bonds rally, but they didn't seem too eager to do that. One explanation is that the components of CPI that have a bearing on PCE suggest PCE will be higher than previously expected. While we don't usually see PCE...
