On February 21, 2026, at 5:30 PM, NC Bail Agents went to the fugitive's residence. Upon arrival, the Fugitive came out of the parking deck and walked in front of the agents vehicle before fleeing on foot up a stairwell to the second floor and out a side door on the other side of the apartment complex. NC Bail Agents captured the fugitive across the street without further incident. However, once in custody of law enforcement the Fugitive advised that he had ingested narcotics, which led to EMS being contacted. The fugitive remains in the hospital. Please remember go to court it is that easy!

2/4/2026 @ 10:15 AM North Carolina Bail Agents, in coordination with local and state law enforcement, arrived at the fugitive’s residence to execute the apprehension. Multiple attempts were made to gain voluntary compliance from the occupants; however, no one responded or opened the door.

After lawful forced entry was made through the front door, agents located the fugitive inside her bedroom. The fugitive initially refused to cooperate but was ultimately taken into custody without further incident.

This apprehension serves as a reminder that individuals released on bond are expected to remain in compliance with the conditions of their release and to stay in communication with their bail agent. Open communication and cooperation help ensure the matter is resolved safely and respectfully. Individuals should also understand that attempting to avoid contact or remain concealed inside a residence does not prevent lawful apprehension

12/31/25 @ 5:00 PM NC Bail Agents tracked down the fugitives co signer and after a short interrogation she decided to cooperate rather then going to jail since she was on bond. She got us on the phone with the fugitive and after explaining it’s you or her. The fugitive surrendered and gave us his location, with assistance from local authorities the fugitive was taken into custody without incident!
