We’re excited to share that Joanna Williams will be promoted to Litigation Supervisor, effective July 27.

Joanna joined North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance in 2019 as an Office Adjuster in the Wilson II DCO. Since then, she has advanced through several roles, including Field Adjuster and Senior Field Adjuster, while continuing to take on additional responsibilities within the Claims Department.

Along the way, Joanna has served as the CMCA representative for Wilson I and as a designated trainer. She earned her CPCU designation in 2025 and holds several additional industry designations that reflect her commitment to professional growth.

Congratulations to Joanna on this well-deserved promotion. We look forward to seeing her continue to make an impact in her new role.

Insurance fraud – including roofers who vandalize roofs – contributes to higher premiums for everyone. WRAL and the NC Department of Insurance have a very informative piece about how bad actors damage roofs and why it hurts everyone in the long run. Be sure to use a reputable roofer if you need work done, and don’t allow someone who knocks on your door to go up on your roof!
