Being a parent is a constant illustration of scripture for me.

God speaks to me in the quiet (and sometimes chaotic 🥴😂) moments of caring for my son.

This year has been really tough for me to lean on God & remember that he is the supplier of ALL my needs.

This day he dropped in my spirit that just like I find it unnecessary for my son to cry for food, he looks at the stress that I choose to carry the same way.

“Has there ever been one day that I didn’t supply what you need? So why are you crying?!”

A big part of trust is also remembering the last time you were in a similar situation and how he showed up for you.

Day one of Finish Free blessed me. I’m excited for the next 6 days 💕

There is beauty in releasing control.

There is so much freedom in accepting that you can’t figure everything out by yourself.

This year may not have gone according to plan, but there is still time to reset, rebuild, and finish differently.

POV: You spent Sunday morning worshipping with us 🙌🏾👏🏾

I’ve served in a lot of different areas within my church but this just might be my favorite.

Before helping in the media department I never fully understand how so many different moving parts work together simultaneously to set an atmosphere of worship. Truly a blessing to be apart of 💕

Starting over is not a curse.

Whew, this is a message that I’ve struggled with for yearsssss!

I’ve always felt like “You should know better.” “You have so many people watching you don’t mess up.” etc.

So accepting that I’ve fallen short and need to start over with a fresh prospective & much more wisdom was something I avoided at all cost.

As if starting over / making mistakes should make you feel shameful instead of human.

I’m so happy that I’ve begun to release this idea that I always get it right the first time and walk in the truth that I’m flawed just like everyone else. I need grace, and I can give myself the permission to start over as many times as it takes to hit my goal 💕

Did you know that money and mental health are deeply connected?

If you have ever felt anxious checking your bank account, guilty spending money on yourself, or overwhelmed about your future, there is a reason.
