If the IRS looked at your business tomorrow, would you sleep tonight? 😴

Most contractors aren’t cutting corners on purpose. They just have blind spots and not enough of the right people in their corner.

Swipe through to see what actually does.

Contractors: it’s not a work ethic problem, it’s a plan problem.

How you do anything is how you do everything. 🛒

The shopping cart is a test with no referee.
Nobody’s watching, nobody’s keeping score.

And that’s exactly why it says so much about how we handle our money and our business.

What’s the “shopping cart” in your life? The small thing you skip when no one’s watching that’s quietly costing you freedom? Drop it below. 👇

Your results are a mirror, and most of us don't like what we see.

Longer hours. More effort. Same results, year after year.

Here's the hard truth: your external growth is capped by your internal growth. What got you here won't get you to the next level.

You can't go around that ceiling. You can only go through it, by looking under the hood and fixing one thing at a time.

I'm not above this. My mindset still gets in my way, so I surround myself with people who have the proof of what I want and who show me my blind spots.

If you're not seeing the results you hoped for, don't look away from the mirror. Look closer.

The only way out is through, and the life you want to build requires shedding layers of your old self.

What's the one thing you've been avoiding looking at? Drop it below.

The worst thing that could happen to your business next week? 10 new jobs.

You’re already first on the jobsite and last off. Every call, estimate, and decision runs through you. Add 10 more jobs and the schedule collapses. You end the month with more revenue and somehow less money.

More work won’t fix a weak foundation. It’ll expose it.

I’m not a business coach. My role is to help you make sound financial decisions. But your business funds the future you’re working toward, so I can’t ignore what’s happening inside it.

I’ve sat across the table from contractors on both sides of this. One steps out to take jobsite calls. The other puts the phone face down, and we plan their financial future.

Same trade. Very different conversation.

Our vision: a community of Hispanic contractors working toward both financial freedom and time freedom.

Ready to build toward both? Join us at our next contractor-only event.

Most contractors hate seeing cash sit in the bank.

Until the AC breaks, a big tax bill shows up, or their best client leaves.

And there’s nothing to fall back on.

Cash in the bank isn’t lazy. It keeps one bad day from turning into a disaster.

Know your number: what you’d need to cover your business and home bills for 3–6 months if the money stopped tomorrow.

This week, figure it out.

You didn’t build this business to live in chaos. Protect it.
