By October 2019, Ryan and Katrina moved their family into their brand new home in Holly Springs, NC living out their best life in the 12 Oaks Community.

This entrepreneur started her first consulting business when she graduated from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan with a Triple Major in International Business, Business Management & Advertising. Together, Katrina and Ryan started an insurance agency outside of Detroit in 2012 and although uncommon for married couples, they really enjoyed working together. When they moved to North Carolina, Katrina started the Goosehead Insurance -Wagner Agency and enjoys working collaboratively with Realtors and Lending professionals to make the closing process fluid. Goosehead Insurance uses the most sophisticated technology that searches the most aggressive price and coverage in the world! You can find the Wagner Family on the golf course, going for walks, playing outside, creating chalk covered sidewalk art or at the pool in summer. It turns out, a lot of people got the memo that building a life you love starts like most things do... with a vision and forward movement.
