This past Sunday’s 26th Annual Mildred Council Community Dinner was a powerful reminder of what happens when community comes first—people from all walks of life coming together across economic, racial, religious, and ethnic divides. From culturally rich foods to local entertainment and real conversation, it was a celebration of unity. Proud to have served my community for the fifth year in a row.
