Well!!! Speak of the Devil!!! Yesterday we posted the image of a $30K check The Pennsylvania Trust Company had to issue to a defendant in a civil case they had initiated against a member of a family trust they have hijacked, and which funds they are using to defend their scam. And today we are happy to show you that a Montgomery county judge has ruled against their attorneys, Minnion and Prior LLP, reinstating the same civil case after The Penn Trust has repeatedly breached the settlement terms. The evidence of this kind of behavior in an Estate and Trust Company is a major red flag to be considered when searching for financial managers. We will continue to bring you more details about The Penn Trust and this serial litigation abuse and vicious harassment they have been inflicting on one victim who dared to challenge their unethical conduct.

We'd like to warn people who are in danger of being victimized by the Pennsylvania Trust Company or similar Estate and Trust scams, with special concern for the elderly. You can read the following in our "About" page as well.

This page will make public the malicious and destructive practices of the Pennsylvania Trust Company unfolding in three lengthy and frivolous llitigations the company initiated when they were confronted by the relative of one of their elderly victims. The purpose of this egregious and wrongful use of the court system is twofold: on the one hand it has allowed the Penn Trust to hijack their client's money to cover up their malpractice. On the other hand they continue to charge for their outrageously fraudulent disservices, while they siphon literally hundreds of thousands of dollars to their friends at a local law firm. The Pennsylvania Trust perverse practices invade the minds of feeble targets with toxic misrepresentations. They cultivate an artificial and damaging dependency in order to support an illusion of false expertise, and their self-serving tactics stop at nothing, destroying families and their fortunes.

What kind of people would bring a civil suit against somebody and then be compelled to a settlement where they have to pay the defendant $30,000? Our guess, and the guess of any decent and sensible person, is that it would have to be the kind of people so consumed by corruption that they have painted themselves into a very tight corner.
