June marks the start of Men's Health Month. A world wide campaign dedicated to raising awareness for disease detection, and mental wellness in men.

As a health nut, and advocate for all men including my son, this hits home for me. It's never to early to schedule a screening appointment for conditions like cancer or cardiovascular disease. It's never to early to seek therapy or ask for help.
