Great News! Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation now offers a buy down program! For an upfront buydown fee, that can be seller OR buyer paid, you are able to reduce your interest rate!

For example, a 3/2/1 buydown allows you to purchase your rate down by 3% the first year, 2% the second year, and 1% the 3rd year at which point the rate goes back to normal, or you refinance your loan.

Options to buydown for the first and second year, or first year only are available as well. Get in touch to learn more!
