For clients with claims that have already been filed, or need to be filed, we understand that limited service may prevent you from uploading photos to your insurance carrier. If you are in the Quitman area, we will be arranging local photo inspections to handle the uploads for you. Please contact us directly so we can assist you with this process.

Due to Hurricane Helene, our office is closed to the public until we have capabilities to re-open.

We are experiencing cellular connectivity issues as most of our community, along with no internet access.

However, we are taking all precautionary measures to be able to assist remotely if we are able.

How to File a Claim:
1. If you have an online account with your carrier please be sure you have the correct log info prior to the storm. Most major carriers allow you to file a claim the app.
2. Contact Your Insurance Carrier Directly:
Call one of the numbers listed below to file your claim.

3. File a Claim Online:
Visit your carrier’s website to submit your claim.
You will need your policy number when filing.
