Whew they beat me to posting it! This is how a transaction should look, especially for first time home buyers!

Let me tell you, it was a cake walk because of their determination to seek and follow the guidance. By the time I finished my statement of “this is what we need to do next” they were already working on it. There was never a delay in what I asked for and them providing it. That letter I sent? Signed before I could even notify them to watch for it ❤️

These first time home buyers were a dream to work with and I absolutely cannot be more excited for them.

If you’re not familiar with the wonderful work they do, the Wood County SSA provides a variety of educational and life skills for the phenomenal special needs champions in our county.

With that being said, their overall supply list isn’t the same as other schools. They need laundry detergent for those whoopsies in life!

Their washer and dryers are constantly running.

We are excited to deliver all the goodies at their meet the teacher on August 11, 2025. You guys really show out this year and I cannot wait to show how much our community loves the work they do!
