Growing up on a family farm outside of Mendon, Illinois, I learned the value of hard work, treating others with respect and being willing to lend a helping hand. I graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in economics, and later, earned a master's degree in business administration from Indiana University. After nearly a decade working in marketing, business development and strategic
planning, I found an opportunity to leverage the skills I had developed in those roles to follow my passion in personal finance to help others achieve their financial goals, whether that is personally or within their business. As a strategist, I invest my time to understand what is most important to my clients and use a system I have developed and refined which I call the "3D investment process". The strategic nature of our personalized approach require that clients commit to a disciplined approach based on mutual respect and accountability as we partner together to keep them on track throughout their lives. My wife, Mackenzi, and sons, Blake, Luke and Jace, and I live in Quincy and stay actively involved with our family farm and businesses, in our church and in various organizations throughout the community.
