We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting our commercial and personal clients with policy changes, certificates of insurance, billing questions, quoting, and renewal processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to commercial lines clients via phone and email.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and issue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and other client documents.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve coverage, billing, and service issues.
- Maintain client files and documentation in the agency management system.
- Assist producers with quoting, proposals, and account reviews as needed.
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous insurance experience with personal and commercial lines.
- Preferred active Property & Casualty insurance license.

- Proficiency with agency management systems
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
